Is anyone using CRM to track sporting events. We have tickets to our professional sports teams and would like to track usage by game, customer, season, invitations, etc.
Any examples out there?
From the details you have specified, it sounds as if you can model your business in Microsoft Dynamics CRM using custom entities such as Event (or game) which will be related to the Customer entity.The Season can be an attribute of the Event or a related entity, if it holds additional information. The Invitation can be also represented by a new entity, which is related to Customer on one hand, and to an Event on the other.
Using a similar model, you can track the information you need using Advanced Find, Excel or Reporting services reports.
