After tracking an email message in Outlook we can click "CRM Fields" to view the custom fields in CRM. When I do that it opens up the Email form in CRM but there's a big empty space under attachments and that space is unusable and users have to scroll down to edit the other custom fields. Is it possible to remove that attachment section from the CRM form when opened via Outlook "CRM fields" button or can I use a different form for this?

Yes, you an remove the attachment section from Form Editor.
Here are the steps for it :
1. Go to settings > customization > customize the system.
2. Expand Entity > Expand email Entity > Open the form.
3. There would be attachment section > select it and click on remove.
4. Save the changes made and publish it.
Thanks for the response. If I delete that section, I think I won't be able to add attachments if I create an email in CRM. Users access this CRM system via the web browser and Outlook.
