As it is more of a add-on companies sell on top of CRM, I am afraid that you might not find many samples.

If you want to build, the concept is you need to integrate the Facebook + Twitter API, twitter for example can use Twitterizer library
Then if you are using new CRM 2013 with Social Entities, then you can use that entity.
You can try to run the social care app provided by Microsoft.
If not then you can use standard entities, such as Case and create new custom entity to store your tweet.
If you want the ready solution the webfortis Parrot is the best for me.

in the above given link there is service management option.
i'm using on-premises so i can't perform this step.
"Go to Settings –> Service Management –> Queue"
as it is not released on-premises yet.

You are using CRM 2013 non SP1 or non update springwave 14?
Hm..So you will not have the Social Entities, what you can do is not using the Social to Case automation, but using directly to Case or using custom entity.
You will need the link about Twitter + Fabeook API only Shahzeb.
