I have Dynamics CRM 2011 RU 15 and I had the Async service on the Front-End running with lots of issues for over two years.  I recently moved the Async off to its own server (back-end) and removed the Async from the Front-end.  Now it seems like I am missing system jobs that have completed or were in waiting and others seem to finish but are then gone from the system jobs list.  None of my processes have ever had the "delete after running" enabled.  How can I get that information back or see what is happening to it?

Moving the Async server shouldn't cause this kind of thing since - do you have any Bulk Delete jobs that are deleting system jobs?

Do you have any bulk delete job to clean all completed system Job on regular basics ? If so that might have cleaned all the system jobs.

It was my fault, I didn't realize I had a cleanup job running but I had the wrong code in the were clause.
