Getting Mail box error while testing and enabling the mail box. Can anyone please help me out to resolve this issue.

Hi Alok,

According to its error message, The Email Server URL is not valid..

Are you actually using Email Router or server sync ? Because they are totally different...

I have created server profile with exchange and created mailbox. but mailbox is showing disabled. do not know how to enable and test.

Try to ping your server profile mail server URL from the CRM Server..

And have you select the Server sync setting in the email setting in the System Setting? Thanks

Hello Alok,

This is happening cause the email server profile is set to auto discover however the auto discover is unable to detect the location of your mailbox. You can choose no for auto discover server location and provide Exchange web services URL for your Exchange deployment, something like: testexchangeservername/.../Exchange.asmx.
