Credentials Authenticate using

Credentials Specified by a User or Queue.

Windows Integrated Authentication.

Windows Credentials (Anonymous)

We are using a g;mail for your mail service provider.

Also for the incoming ports and out going ports should I use the g-mail ones or the one CRM provides.

Hello Damon

Since you are planning to use gmail as your email provider, you should use "Credentials Specified by a User or Queue".

For the ports, you have to use the ports provided by gmail, both of them: incoming and outgoing.

If you need more help or information, take a look at "Configure server-side synchronization" in this link:

technet.microsoft.com/.../dn832109.aspx

Please let me know if this information was useful for you.

Best Regards

For those that are using G-mail

here is the info I used

Authenticated Using Credentials Specified by a User or Queue

Incoming Service Location pop.gmail.com

Outgoing Service Location smtp.gmail.com

Incoming port 995

Outgoing port 587

Maximum Concurrent Connections 15

Please take a look at Chitra Post above.

Big thanks to Chitra and also Victor

Thanks
