Hi,

Is it possible to add a button in BPF ? I need to create a button in last stage of BPF and perform some actions while clicking the button like creating contact , account etc. Any idea?

Not really. probably would be possible using an unsupported approach, but beside adding stages with branches, you can customize the events using this library:

msdn.microsoft.com/.../dn817878.aspx

you can create a method to move next and attach this method to a form field that is part of the process flow

Hi Athira,

You cannot create any button on the Business Process Flow.

However, a workaround will be having a Checkbox which when clicked executes the action.

Also, if you want the checkbox to be not clicked further, you can write a Business Rule to disable the field (condition will be, if the checkbox contains value, disable / hide the field).

Hope that helps

Thanks

Hi Athira,

Sure, please follow below step

1. Create a two option field and show it as a Checkbox. Place this field on the Form or Business Process flow and make it required.

2. OnChange of the field write the JScript which you want to execute.

3. If you want to hide this field once the function is executed, write a Business Rule, something like this

Hope that helps

Thanks
