What the user is experiencing is that the report
filters properly on dates as displayed/inputted in the date range fields, but
when she clicks on the 'calendar control' of the Report Viewer, she is directed
to a differently-formatted date.

I have checked the users date and time settings in CRM, and windows.. everything looks fine..

This is the only user who is experiencing this problem, is there any other date and time settings I can check?

 

Hopefully someone can help.

This may not be helpful but...

Is the user using the same browser/version as everyone else?

I know we experienced some IE11 issues with the calendar control / compatibility with 2013.  (For us it didn't show the calendar control at all.)

Are you using any format function like this?:

including the user personal setting in CRM plus timezone in his PC?
