We use Outlook 2013 w/ the CRM Plug in to sync to O365 CRM.
Users are experiencing significant delays in starting Outlook.
Exchange is 2013 hosted by a third party.
Outlook is running in OnLine Mode
Any ideas how we can optimize this?
The CRM is compatible with outlook 2013 only with exchange cache mode enable. Here is the link where you can confirm the compatibility :- support.microsoft.com/.../3018360
