In our CRM2013 deployment, while trying to login to any of the CRM organization we get below error (This issue started happening after performing Repair on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server from Control Panel, we had to do a Repair since none of the organizations in CRM2013 deployment was able to import a solution, error “An error has occurred. {1}{0}”) –

So far we have tried the below actions without success L

We checked the CRM bindings in IIS and found that there were two bindings associated to it. One was http and other https to use 443 port, however as per the above articles it is not supported to have multiple bindings for CRM website. So even after removing the additional https binding, restarting IIS, clearing cache-cookies, restarting the server still the login issue persists. And now even after removing https binding in the traces we see the following 'xxxx/.../Organization.svc'.

Can we get some help on this please?

Hello Naveen,

According to the error messages all your troubleshooting has been in the right direction.

Wanted to know if the CRM organization is accessible form any other machines??

Also is it for some users or all the users in the organizations?

You can also check what are the different error messages being shown in the event viewer during the time error occurs.

You may also enable a trace on the CRM server while trying to reproduce the issue as it may provide further insight in the problem.

Also wanted to know if you have checked the port number mentioned in the Web addresses in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the deployment manager

So to browse the website if only the HTTP is enabled

Like crmserver : 5555 in the web addresses then you should have only a single binding on the IIS and then you may perform an IIS reset and then try to see if you are able to access the organization.

Please mark my answer as verified if you found it useful.
