Hi,

In the history of Account X, I also see Account Y when Regarding records are included.

I can't find any relationship between both accounts.

Could it be that both Accounts were related in the past?

Any Idea?

Kr,

Aziz

Hi,

I found the relationship, Account Y is a subaccount of Account X but, it isn't shown under Relationships.

@Andrii

I can not post a screenshot since it its customer data.

When you open an account -> history, you can see the history (e.g. activities) related to the opened account.

When you choese the option include related records, also record with a relationship to the account are shown.

Thnx

Aziz

Unfortunately I have no CRM 4.0 so it's quite complicated to reproduce your scenario.
