Customer portal: attachment problem 2

When I am creating a new case in the portal and attaching a file, I can see this attachment from CRM side, in the notes. But from the portal side I can´t see it

By the way when I add the comment, the attachment appears in the timeline section

Anybody knows how to fix it? Thanks!

When you are adding the portal comment in CRM, are you marking it as complete or just saving it? If you are just saving it, mark it as complete.
