We are having an issue where some support representatives are not able to reset portal contact password.
The error is: user with ID cea66105-eac8-e811-a99b-000d3a367c19 does not have Update permissions for the adx_identity_passwordhash attribute in the contact entity.
We need to grant them access to reset portal´s passwords but at security role level, I don´t see any entity o permission related to this.
NOTE: affected users have all permission at the contact level.
Please help me.
The error message is for the field (not entity). There is a field security enabled for the field adx_identity_passwordhash. So you need to provide access to this field for user users. Create a new Field Security Profile, update rights for this field and then add the required users/teams.
