Requests are not being generated in CRM, emails from outlook are not coming across as requests
Checking the mailbox in CRM , it was in a "failed" state. Testing and restarting the mailbox resolved the issue. The error was "Service not available" - so someone must have been wrong with Exchange.
Problem:However, there are a number of emails in the Test inbox that are new, but are not in CRM as requests. How do we get these emails over into CRM? It appears that CRM has already decided that they have been read and are not reading them again.
Could you check your Server Profile and make sure the issue you are having is not caused by Process Email From setting.
it will only process the emails that are received on or after the set date and time

Thanks but 'Process Email From' is set to Feb.2019 and the email issue started two days ago on May 17th.
If the Process Email from is set to Feb then that's not the issue.
Could you track an already read email in outlook and see if that syncs across
It looks like any items that were received when the SSS was it failed state have been ignored.
