I've installed CRM4.0 client for my Outlook2K3 SP3 on WinXP SP3(all the latest status, Lang is JPN).
(downloaded CRMv4.0-i386-client-JPN.exe and run setupclient.exe from extracted files)
Installation was fine without any problems(didn't get any errors and completed), but CRM4.0 Client Add-in doesn't show up on my Outlook2K3 toolbar.
I can only see "Microsoft Dynamics CRM" folder in Outlooks's mail folder view.
Also, I've checked from [Tool -> Option -> Others -> Advanced Option -> COM Addin], then Microsoft Dynamics CRM is there and checked properly, it should be read when Outlook is booted up.
I can't view the CRM add-in on my Outlook toolbar, I can't add either.
Well, I would more appreciate it if you could help me to troubleshoot this issue.
Short of checking it hasn't been disabled via the help menu and running the diagnostics tool (Start-Programs-Dynamics CRM 4.0-Diagnostics), short of a complete uninstall/reinstall of Outlook I'm not sure there is much more you can do.

Thanks for your reply.
I've checked Outlook help->version and it's ok, but diagnostics check gives me a warning and an error which is like below.
Its getting confused about the profile associated to the add-in it seems. I'd probably just uninstall Outlook (not the crm client) and reinstall but others may have a less extreme solution.
I have the same errors on one client I get the 401 error. After Repair via Diagnostic it works. But after a short while the error returns.
The CfO saved the IFD passwords - but where?
