I am really new to MDM. Can someone please help me on making use of the campaign performance report in MDM? I am able to get the budgeting, cost data in the report how ever not sure how the Conversion, Response, Order rates gets populated.
Microsoft Dynamics Marketing calculates the conversion rate by dividing the total of the sales results by the total number of leads that are reports as results. The default conversion rate formula can be modified to use other results.
Key Performance Metrics on the Campaign Performance Dashboard
Total Results – Displays the total of all the results by result type for each campaign.
Conversion Rate – This is calculated by dividing the total of the sales results by the total number of leads (specified by results).
Response Rate – This is calculated by dividing the total number of leads (specified by results) by the total quantity of the campaign.
Cost Metrics – This calculates the Total cost by adding the total of all expenses associated with the campaign and the open balances on all purchase orders associated
