I use both Dynamic CRM Online and Office365 Enterprise online. Does anyone have any idea when MS will add the email router functionality as an add-on or even as a service offering in Azure?
I've not heard talk of any plans for this on the road map. It would be very easy to spin up an Azure server and install the router there.
You also might consider Server Side sync - in the Spring '14 wave release you will be able to use this between CRM online and O365.
Hope this helps,
