On the Quick Campaign form there is a subgrid: Selected Members. Depending on the Members Type, you will see in a subgrid the associated Accounts, Contacts or Leads. This is arranged in the customizations by having 3 fields, each referring to the Account/Contact/Lead List Member View. Which is strange, because when you open the field, you can select a public view. This is exactly what I have done for the Lead Field and now I am not able to select the Lead List Member View again.
Does somebody have a solution for this?
FYI: Background info: my customer wanted me to change the columns in the Lead view. In first instance I didn't realize this could be done by changing the Lead List Members View, so I wanted to change the default view.
This might be an >unsupported< solution:
1) export the Lead entity as backup
2) import the lead entity from a clean system
3) strip the view from the customizations file from 1)
4) import the modified customizations
Problem solved by comparing XML files, we equalized them and now it works.
