I'm using CRM 2014 and Internet Explorer 9 (I downgraded ie twice hoping to fix this issue with no success).
When I click on an account, it opens the account page. In the bottom left it says "Error on Page" with no details about the error (even if I move the mosue over it). Since the page doesn't load correctly, I can't arrow down and see the notes section (which I use a lot) or the contacts that are in the account.
I think it's related to a Microsoft update because this just started happening a week ago. Is anyone else having this issue or does anyone know of any solutions?
I would really appreciate it!
I believe you are using CRM 2013, is it Online or On Premise ?
If On Premise what is the Update rollup installed on the Server ?
When we open the account, are we seeing the data within the account record along with the error in the IE status bar ?
Did we tried if the same issue is happening on cross browsers i.e. Chrome, Firefox. ?
Is the Zoom level on IE set to 100% ?
Does this issue happening on all account records or just few ?
Does this issue occurs for all users and different systems ?
The above information will help us to isolate the issue.
To add to the questions Churchill has asked, could you please confirm if there are any JScripts that are running on the form?
I figured out what was going on by reading other posts on this site. CRM 2013 had changed our default form that we used before the upgrade. I followed the instructions from another post and changed the default form back (by selecting the security roles that could see the real default form to all and changing the security roles that could see the other form to none). We are all set now.
Thanks for your help.
