After some testing with ADFS and Claims (it worked), i wanted to remove that and return to the "standard".
Now when trying to use the Registration Tool, i can list all organizations, but when i choose one it simply shows the same window again, with no organizations. The other detail is that the discovery server for all organizations still points to the internalcrm address that was beeing used by Claims/ADFS. I've uninstalled and disabled both, but the address remains. Can i change this? Does this wrong setting blocks me from using the registration tool?
update the url of the discovery server in the CRM Deployment .

Thank you Chitra! Solved my problem. And yes, it was making the plugin registration tool to not work correctly.
