1. When connecting to CRM using SDK, what is the server name for Production and Sandbox respectively?
I used "crm.dynamics.com" as the server name, is it the name for production environment or sandbox?
2. I always get error on timestamp when connecting to crm. For last couple of times, I changed the time on my laptop but is there a way to avoid this?
1) The domain name indicates the data centre - production and sandbox are distinguished by their organisation unique names which you can get from Settings->Customizations->Developer Resources
2) The time on your laptop needs to be very close to the time on the server because it is used for validating the authentication token interchange. There is no way around this unfortunately.
Hope this helps,
try to Sync machine time with the server that should resolve this problem
Yes - windows usually does this by default using the windows time service unless you've specifically turned it off - technet.microsoft.com/.../cc773013(WS.10).aspx
