We imported our organization from CRM 2011 to 2013, and everything seems to work fine, except that we can´t open CRM-forms from reports, wether custom or default, drill-through simply isn´t working. The link seems ok, but when I click it, a browser window only pops up shortly and closes. If i paste the link into the browser, i only get a blank page. This problem only affects the imported organization, in a newly created one drill-through works as it should.
Thanks in advance
What do you mean by "can't open CRM forms from reports"? Does the report contain a hyperlink to a CRM record? If so, what is the structure of the Url? Open an existing entity record in CRM, and pop-out the record into a new tab or window and check what the differences are. Check msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg328483.aspx to see whether you url structure is correct.
check following links that provides steps to add link to your custom report to open crm record
How does your link looks like?
Try to create a hyperlink link this:
etc means entity type code. E.g. its "8" for a user. But you can also use etn (entity type name) which will be the schema name of the entity ("systemuser").
Here an example:
Did you get this sorted? We have the same issue although we have gone to CRM 2015? Thanks.
