My company uses CRM 2011 UR17. We have a problem whereby all users have Sys Admin access.
I have tried removing all roles from users and they can still access CRM as system admin.
Doing a call to Xrm.Page.context.getUserRoles() confirms that CRM thinks that every user has the Sys Admin role.
Anyone come across anything like this?
Have you checked teams. It could be a team which all users are members of has got the system administrator role
it almost sounds like the default organisation team has got system administrator role added to it.
