I’m doing Email Router Configuration for the MS CRM 2013 Online on GoDaddy Virtual Private Server.
Incoming & Outgoing Server of CRM Users.
Incoming – POP3 Server
Outgoing – SMTP Server
Below the screen shots of incoming and outgoing profiles respectively.
After completing the Incoming & Outgoing Profiles and Deployment.
On clicking “Test Access” for the user the Outgoing Email has succeed but getting error on Incoming as shown below.
Note: I’m getting same error for all the users in CRM.
I found below article
Article suggested me to enable Allow Email router to use my credentials to send and receive email on my behalf check box.
Unfortunately, I’m unable to found the above option in MS CRM 2013 Online.
Could anyone please guide me to resolve the above issue?
Any Suggestion Please.
It is maybe simple question, just need you to check, whether the user have incoming email address and has been set to Email Router in Incoming profile or not, since the test access is user by user or queue by queue, right, you test one email, and another one email.
Thanks for your information.
Yes, you are right. But i have already checked the Incoming Email Address and Incoming profile was set as Email Router.
If you install to another server, or maybe to your PC, not GoDaddy Virtual Private Server
Can you get it works?
This link should be useful I guess:
