I created a trial account to test out the crm. I have a .onmicrosoft.com username. When I go to my online dashboard, and go to Admin->CRM. Then it asks for organization currency and language. I select and and do Continue Setup. It takes me to loading page saying "We are setting up your Microsoft Dynamics CRM organization". After waiting for like 10 minutes, it says "Setup validation error. Setup is taking longer than expected. We apologize for the delay. We will email you as soon as your organization is ready." I have used Google Chrome and Internet Explorer but same thing happens. Also, on the windows computer I downloaded Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Then it prompts me to enter the company's Microsoft Dynamics CRM web address. Does this get created during the process that is getting stuck? Any help would be appreciated.
Normally provisioning dynamics crm trial takes 10- 15 minutes , if there are any service issues in Microsoft it may take an hour also. So wait for an hour then log in to your office 365 account and it will so you the status of your Crm
I have tried again and am still getting same issues. Do you have any suggestions? Is there a way you can look into this account?
can you psot the screen shot of what you are seeing when you login to your office 365 account?

This is not something that can be resolved through the Community Forums. In order to troubleshoot this issue, a support case must be created so that account information can be provided to resolve the issue from the back end.
I have the same issue that started 8/12 when I purchased the licenses.
Opened a case on 8/14 with still no resolution to this day.
This is the last response I received on 8/21:
The issue on setting up CRM will be resolved by Fridays and then the server will start activating CRM organizations one by one. There are many other organization that is effected so this issue will be rectified at the earliest time possible.
As a new customer, I hope this isn't an indication on how well this software will perform.
thank you for the information, i'm in the same boot (purchased licenses and could not setup an crm org). In May I could setup an test installation without problems in a few minutes. The service team members are so far communicative and i'm still optimistic the issue will be solved soon. Although I'm a bit "shocked" to see, that you are having this issue since 8/12 (us since 8/26).
We also had a test installation set up, but let it lapse.
I did hear from the person handling my ticket yesterday. She indicated that they are hopeful that it will be corrected this weekend.
Monday morning gives me the same result like Friday morning. Hope you'll have more luck.
same error provisioning a TRIAL instance... any positive update?
in the non-trial enviroment still no organisation creation is possible, same error. With the help of the customer support I could set up an organisation in a new trial environment. The trial environment was created under a new account (name)!! but relates to the same business email address (that I've used before in the non-Trial environment).
Here's the last response I received last night.
We have noticed that your CRM organization has not yet upgraded to the latest version, so the reason you are getting “Setup Validation Error”.
I agree with Estebanito, it appears to be an issue with the account. Ours originally had a trial version that lapsed, then we purchased licenses and tried to set up a new environment. That's when we seen the error.
I asked the person that is handling our ticket if it is possible to delete our existing profile and create a new one to start fresh. Waiting to hear.
If you are having issues, I would defiantly create a support ticket to get it resolved.
I know my issue cannot be solved here, but it doesn't seem the support team (Wipro Ltd.) can solve it either.
Here I sit, 4 weeks to the day I purchased licenses, and our CRM organization is still not configured.
Can any of the MS Engineers that monitor this give any insight to the issue because I'm not getting in answers or results, other than a internal service request has been issued, and scope emails.
Now when I step through the CRM set up, it says it's under maintenance.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
