- I create a campaign
- add a marketing list
- create a campaign activity
- Distribute the campaign activity (email)
In outlook: When I receive the email response and want to convert to promote to response
I can´t see the option CONVERT TO promote to response
(The regarding has the lost the link so I link it back again to the campaign activity) I still can't see the CONVERT TO Promote to resoponse.
I click on VIEW IN CRM but the same behaviour occurs. I can't see the Promote to response.
If I go the the campaing activity and select activities, I can see the email sent and I can use that email with status reason SENT to promote to response (Something is changing in the email between sent and received that makes CRM loose the tracking of the campaing activity and not show the PROMOT TO RESPONSE)
Any help will be very appreciated.
Midrianoz, try this.
In Outlook, select File then CRM. Then select "set personal options" and select the email tab. Ensure the 2nd check box option is selected "select how ms dynamics crm for outlook should integrate email with ms dynamics crm.
I had something similar and this solved it.
