We have a custom entity to hold service contracts, these are linked (one to many) to equipment records this being the installed base of the equipment we service. We have scheduled service activities throughout the year and these are also related many to one to the contract. The contract number is used as the 'Regarding' field. What i need to be able to do is to display the equipment records associated with each of the service activities. I xan put a grid on the service activity form but can't populate it with the records associated with the contract. Further down the line i want to allow the engineer to fill in a form detailing what work was carried out on what piece of equipment and to be able to store these transactions against specific pieces of kit.
