Please how can I confirm the status of an incident from the database
select statecode ,statecodename from FilteredIncident , this will return both int and display name of the status of an case .
0 - Active ,
1- Resolved and
3 - Cancelled
if you want to know the status reason
select statuscode,statuscodename from filteredincident this will return status reason of the case

Are you trying to query the SQL database to get the status of an incident
The status will be in on the status column on the <entityName>base table and the value will be an int (whole number). You need to find check in CRM what the int values are for each status label.
