I need to add an additional Full role CRM 2013 server to the existing environment. SQL is on a separate dB server and CRM is on SP1. I need to add an additional server for load balancing purpose. Since the installer bits are not SP1, pre-requisites checks are failing with an error that the dB installed is newer version then the version being installed. Extract the server_kb2941390_amd64_1033.msp file from the SP1 download. Install the server from a command line and specify the location of the msp update file in the config.xml file in the <Patch update="true"> parameter to install at the same time. You will also want to use <Database create="false">
