I am creating sales literature records and attaching documents to them. As an extremely simple question, once done, how is the attachment accessed whether just to view or edit?
Users would need to open the Sales Literature record and then open the attachment they wish to view and then open the actual attached file. To edit users would have to delete the old version and upload a new one from the attachment record. This is limited functionality, it isn't as rich as something like SharePoint would provide.
