Hi,We usually don't use quick campaigns, but I just sent one out and there was a few failures. Where can I click to see which email addresses were the failed ones? Thanks!
I am assuming that you have a Marketing List and from within that you generated a Quick Campaign.
Couple of places which can give you the details which you are looking for
1. Go to the Activities View and look for all Emails, you will get all the Emails sent with their Status (sort the Email using Regarding Column and find the Quick Campaign)
2. Search by Advanced Find
Open the Advanced Find and search as shown below
Hope that helps
Hi - we have the same problem. Unfortunately the answer above doesn't show the data for failures :-(
I ended up using some sql - eg
from FilteredList l
inner join FilteredListMember lm
inner join FilteredContact c
left join FilteredEmail e
on c.emailaddress1 + ';'=e.torecipients and e.regardingobjectidname='xxxxx'
where l.listname='xxxx' and activityid is null
You can specify the Status Reason field as Failed, that will give you your result.
Reference: Using Advanced Find
Hi - thanks but not sure it does because, for us, the emails were never generated because the contacts in question were inactive.
Had the same, Email activity only created for "Success" ; Contacts with "Send Marketing Materials = Send" got one created the other count for the "No. of Failures" in the Quick Campaign list .
