We are using Navision to Dynamics CRM 2013 connector. We are using it for data migration. We have large amount of data. But initially we used it for 700000 records 4 fields but time duration it is taking more than 15 hours. But I doubt its impossible to take much time. Could you please confirm me the record limit and time duration of connector. IS it possible for connector to take much time ??
Thanks in Advance
I think the issue you are running into is that each record results in a new call to CRM. CRM is pretty slow in setting up connections. Have you considered building a custom migration tool and perform the task in parallel (.net 4.5 has some nice classes for it)?
We had a similar case in the past, and adding parallel processing allowed us to import 400.000 records per hour.
