This is a default system view which I would like to add a column to so I can display extra information. The view appears to not be customizable due to it being a system view. You can find it in Customization>Entities>Saved Views>Views>Active Saved views. Does anybody know how this can be done or is there a supported workaround? I though I could just create another view based on this but when I try to view the filter criteria I get a message stating 'There was an error in showing this condition' which is probably due to MS locking this down.
Refer the following link and try it.
Just open that view from advanced find to see the condition. By using that condition, you can create personal view based on your requirement. It should work.
Thanks for these options but I do not believe either of these will work. As stated in my original post:

Take a look to this link:
Hope it helps.
Yes, you are right.
This entity is not customizable.
MS locked it.
There are some entities in the CRM that cannot be customized and this is one of that entity because it is mainly to store as Internal use.
You can only have a name and description on it.
So no other customization. Even you cannot add any relationship with it.
So far no supported you can do.
Hope this helps.
Perfect. I just wanted to be sure Aileen. As always, thank you very much :)
