When a user runs a report, and clicks the print button to print - they get an error.

This is only happening for some users.
We have done a IE reset, cleared the cache ect.
The users are able to save the report as a PDF and print from there. However they would like to use the button as intended.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The User might have permission to print.
Check the user Security role under Business Management.
