Thanks for reply. But I have already read that thread and done all those things but it was not worked for me in CRM 2013 & CRM 2015.
if (Xrm.Page.context.client.getClient() == "Mobile" && Xrm.Page.context.client.getFormFactor() == 3)
// Add code that should not run in CRM for phones and tablets here
var formType = Xrm.Page.ui.getFormType();
In Crm 2015 update rollup 1 only getFormFactor Method introduced.
Have u removed Xrm.Page.context.client.getFormFactor() == 3 this and try this on 2013.
I have tried after remove code this code in CRM 2013 but no luck.
I have checked this code with CRM Online Trial and it's working fine for tablet app but not working in Mobile app.
Is there any difference between this ? Any other code should I need to write for run same in Mobile app?
getFormFactor is supported inside the new version of the Dynamics CRM iOS mobile App
