Is it possible to import only form customization with out views, ribbon changes and custom attributes...
No Its not possible
No. It's not possible. The forms, views, ribbon changes, and custom attributes will always come along for the ride.
So it's technically possible, if you're willing to open up the Solution and dive into the XML. Export just the entity you want to work on, and look for the form structure. Delete everything relating to ribbons, views, etc. Zip the remaining XML back up into a solution file and import.
This will likely take a lot of trial and error to get right, and there's a good chance you won't be able to make it work like you want. This is especially true if you're excluding attributes, as you're likely to miss an attribute you need on the form, which means the you can never load just the form customizations.
So it's risky, likely won't work how you want, but you might be able to do it.
No, It's not possible.
