When I run the NAV Adapter Configuration utility, it fails for Contact Card. In the log, I have these entries:

What does "Multiple lines sections are not supported" means?
- CRM 2013 SP 1 RU 3
- NAV 2013
Mutltiple lines means somewhere in your mapping you are trying to map an entity which has 1 to many entity on it. Basically the connector can only map 1 CRM entity to 1 NAV record.
Hope this helps.

It happens during the configuration. I did not yet any mapping...
Refer the following thread:
In the NAV page there is some related entity grid type which is causing this problem. This problem comes during the configuration as CRM adapter is not able to parse it. You can also test by replacing it with the default page from base company of NAV and later adding custom attributes to it.
We set again the original form of the contact card and then it worked. Just the configuration... The synchronization is still not working. Even for the MS Support its a hard nut to crack...
On the contact card, the customer had two fields which referred to it self. (a subgrid to show all contacts of a customer).
@Surmeet: Is it possible to finish the configuration of the connector and after this to add the subgrid again?
Integrating records for subgrid is surely possible, you can look into the subgrid properties of sales order lines on the sales order page in nav. Some properties needs to be set for subgrid.
