Every time i want to create a case, it always shows error like this :
But if i fill the entitlement field, the case can be made. Last thing i know that before CRM update to its newest version, there's no issue occur like this, everything went smoothly (create a case without fill the entitlement field).

is this error occur because update ? (the point is i don't make any settings, both before and after CRM online update), so from now i have to fulfilled all the field to create a case ?

Try turning off "Automatically apply entitlement" under System Settings -> Service
