Trying to use the Resco mobile app with our CRM 2015 on-prem instance - note in the sync logs that it fails when trying to access
When I try and access this in a separate browser window it asks for authentication and I get Access is denied when I try and authenticate.
Assuming this url should be active does anyone know why it's blocked? In all other aspects our CRM seems to be operating fine.
that url is related to the CRM 4.0 endpoint and is deprecated with CRM 2015.
Maybe you are using an old version of the Resco Mobile? try to use a more recent one
Is this the url that you are pointing Resco to or are you pointing it at the web services?
Hi - thanks - I note that this is a deprecated url. I'm not actively pointing anything at it - this is as a result of me downloading the latest resco mobile app and pointing at our crm. In all other respects the resco app seems to function fine but we have a specific (possibly unrelated) issue and I noticed these errors in the resco synclog. Thanks
any solution for this?
I'm using the Version 1.0.5 on iOs 10 and getting the same error.
We are using the Dynamucs 365 with version 18.104.22.168
