I'm looking for an application I can give to my users that will give them the ability to scan a business card and that data will flow into CRM as an account and contact. Does anyone have a recommendation?
as Guido has correctly stated, Resco Mobile CRM app www.resco.net/mobilecrm supports QR code scanning.
And, it also supports business card scanning-text processing via CamCard since some of our customers asked for this feature.
Hope this helps,
Thanks Zuzana and Guido, I reached out to CamCard and they told me they do not support a Windows Phone app for CRM online as of yet.
Thank you for contacting us.
Sorry currently we have no WP CamCard app that can integrate with Dynamics Online CRM.
If Dynamics can import an excel of contacts, would you please try to sync the cards in CamCard to the cloud then export an excel from the web as follows?
Sign in to camcard.com with the CamCard account->click upper right most "tools" icon in the main page of the web->"Export to Excel" at the left side.
Hope this will be helpful to you. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us. Thank you for supporting CamCard.

Oh, yes, Windows Phone is always a bit tricky. I do expect that once Windows 10 Mobile comes along and replaces this platform, CamCard will be supported.
