I'm a newbie with regards to using $Expression for creating a URL : https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn864934.aspx
Here's my scenario:
It would be helpful if anyone can provide some samples?
Big Thanks! :)
When you say you have loaded a new form, what are you trying to achieve?
For example : Is it that within the contact session you want to load a new form to create a new case or opportunity for the contact. Populated with values?
There are several steps involved. First you will need a hosted control as the container for the new form. Then you will need to trigger the page being displayed and populate values, using an action maybe called from a toolbar button or agent script.
Here I describe how to create a new opportunity and populate the form with values from the account / contact.
Here are some links to several pages on learning USD stuff ...
If you can be more specific on the outcome you'd like I might be able to give further support.
Hi thanks for your response.
Yes, the New Tab for my New CRM form is opened inside a USD Session.
What I'm trying to do here is to pre-populate the CRM form data fields using the 'extraqs' of the CRM URL. So I have five (5) fields to populate on load of the form. I want to use the expression to compose my URL with the parameters that will populate the fields.
