is there a way to add the commissioner to games? all users imported and it shows the commissioner as a player but i'm unable to add to a game
Hi Jim. Commissioners can be added into games as Fans. Meaning they can draft teams and participate in the game from that perspective. But they can't be "players" - i.e. they can't earn points or be drafted themselves. To add a Commissioner as a Fan, just check off the box to use Fans on Step 1 of Game Setup and a new step will be created to add Fans into your game. You can also add additional fans from the Fans Menu.
Next week we're planning an update which will allow you to change roles of users who are already imported. So if needed, you'll be able to downgrade a Commissioner to a Player or vice versa.
Hope that's helpful! Let us know if you need anything else.
There is already posible to convert a commissioner to a player?
I am the first user, by default "commisioner"
how can I change to player?
I´m not in the list of availables players....
Hi Ariel. The one user that can't be adjusted is the original Commissioner Account. You can however, login to FST and visit the Commissioner > Settings Menu. There you can change the email address associated with your Commissioner Account. At that point you should be able to import yourself as a Player from the CRM Users Menu without receiving the warning above.
Alternatively, you can add yourself to a game as a Fan. Meaning you'll be able to draft a team and participate socially in the game - just not earn your own points.
Hope that's helpful!
Why can't you change that to allow the commissioner to play? Wouldn't that be easier? I'm assuming a few people will not be able to trial it without this ability.
The solution here is to click on COMMISSIONER > SETTINGS and change the email address for the Commissioner Account to a secondary email - not the same one associated with your Dynamics Account. Then visit the CRM Users Menu and you should be able to import your Dynamics Associated Account as a Player.
You'll have two logins: one for managing and administrating games, and another for participating. We'll evaluate simplifying this in the future - but that's the current structure.

I check that I can change the role of my CRM Users now. But when I change role from Comissioner to Player, I can't find new player in player list. Can you assist please.
I am happy to assist you. Please provide your account name you used to register FST and your email address. Thank you.
I have reviewed your account and you have multiple users on the CRM users page which have not been imported. They can be imported as player, fan, game admin or commissioner. You are able to change the role. Please specify the issue you are having or if you would like me to go ahead and import to verify if they populate on players page.
We have manually imported user, Kirill R., to the players page. Please let me know if you have any other issues with players importing. Thank you.
