Hi M Shakeel,
Have you follow the steps?
Hello M Shakeel,
Please follow the steps in the following article: support.microsoft.com/.../2531924
Hope the information in the article helps you with the issue!
Hi Shakeel, May I Ask where are you configuring your Email Router...Is it on a Local Server and have you enabled Firewall Rules for the Ports to Access your CRM Online?
I have installed Dynamic Email Router at my Local Server that is Running Server 2012 R2 as Operating System.
and for deployment I am using Gmail service,
InComing: pop.gmail.com, port:995
OurGonig: smtp.gmail.com, port:587
In Deployment tab, i am using CRM Online account as I have not installed CRM at my local server/system.
If I apply the solution suggested by @Lucia Echeverri,
I am stuck at this point...
I am stuck at this point, I don't get highlighted point and cann't proceed further.
I started applying this solution, and I cann't find this highlighted boxed option to proceed further.
Where i can find this option.
and I have made all Firewall options to off at my local server where my Email Router Manager is running.
Well if with unlock the user it is assumed that your user has been locked in active directory, you also wouldn't be able to login to crm any more (in case you are using the same user for CRM and the email router).
And I guess (I don't have experience with CRM online), you will not find this user inactive directory in your domain controller, since you are on CRM online, which means your user is part of Azure AD.
since your email router config is fine now, I'd appreciated if you could verify my answer(s)
This person helped me a lot, I would like to appreciate his services.
Thanks Thomas Peschat.
