We have dynamics online and have tried installing the IPhone app. The App seems to work on IOS 9.1 but hangs on first startup and then gives a permission error when trying to access again. It also seems to alter the URL that was typed into the field at initial startup.
I just tried it from my iPhone (on 9.2) with CRM 2016 and it is working. Not sure what version of CRM you have AND I do know that I installed the mobile app before I upgraded to 9.2, not sure if the app updated after or not.
Here is official list of Support(dependent on versions: this one is for CRM 2016 Online):
We are using CRM Online 2016 Update (188.8.131.526) with the latest IPhone App but it just doesn't work.
On first run it gets to the "Tip", thereafter it changes the URL field and tells me I haven't been authorized.
My colleagues running IOS 9.1 (I am on IOS 9.2) seem to be ok!
I have downloaded and reinstalled the app for the 4th time and, hurrah, it now works.
