I installed the Fantasy Sales Team preview and reviewed all the videos. What a great app! I was able to set up the metrics for opportunities and phone calls. The opportunity data is showing accurately in the Fantasy Sales Team portal, but there are some issues with the phone calls. (I used the same metrics as shown in the video). I have one rep that created 4 phone calls (they get 1 point per 2 phone calls). When I click sales leaderboard>Metric Awards>Phone Call Metrics, it shows 0 for this rep. When I navigate to Teams>Player Stats>Actuals, it shows the 4 phone calls and the 2 points awarded. The total number of points (oppty+phone call points) are accurate. Any idea why the points are not visible under Phone Call Metrics?
Hi Dian, I am glad you are enjoying the FantasySalesTeam app. You have created 2 games. One has begun today and is displaying the correct data and points. On the leaderboard you need to select the game that has started, titled "game". Then you will see that your player has 2 points for phone calls. You will not see any data for the other game since it is not scheduled to begin until 1/18. You may also just need to refresh if you left the page open for the leaderboard page before data had posted. Please reach out with any other questions. Thank you.
Yes I am talking about the "Game", but it's not showing Amanda's points under the metric awards for phone calls.
Then you just need to refresh your page. I am able to see Amanda's points under metric awards. If that does not work then log out and log back in.
In order to log out, click on the power button in the top right corner next to your email address.
I refreshed the page, closed my browser, logged back in, but still don't see Amanda's points..
Please try clearing your cache and cookies (Ctrl + Shift +Delete) and see if that solves the issue.
