first an obvious question: did you publish the changes in the solution? If not, please do it and try again.
In case that doesn't you always can create a new entity form to replace the entity form in which you have the problems. Personally I see this as a last resort.

I fixed this issue by importing a solution with the same entity with only forms in it, I couldn't find out the cause of the issue but it seems like forms got corrupted somehow..
Solution backup saved my work..
