I am getting below error message to login CRM.
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: Microsoft Dynamics CRM has experienced an error. Reference number for administrators or support: #EA393BC6
And also not able to sync contact from CRM to NAV .
[Contact to NAV Contact Card] has encountered an error while processing key [[Ranjit Deshmukh, 2d458165-312b-e211-9334-f62a3f673984]]. systemuser With Id = '' Does Not Exist
So please help to resolve it.
"2d458165-312b-e211-9334-f62a3f673984]]. systemuser With Id = '' Does Not Exist- if you have access to CRM db try to query systemuser table and see this id exists there or not. or try to use another user to login CRM and check if this user is active in CRM.
I am getting this error message in Connector for Microsoft Dynamics for MAP 'Contact to NAV Contact Card'
And i have checked it but it doesn't exist.
So it means somewhere you are mapping wrong user which does not exists, recheck your setting and try to replace it with a valid CRM user.
