as we have our customers charts , we also have some customers have sub branches
when we deal with such customers we maybe want to print the main customers including all sub accounts or only one of the sub accounts
how can we create such customers with sub account
Hi Adel, CRM 2015 allows Child Accounts as well as Account Hierarchy so you can visualize those relationships in the hierarchy. CRM also allows you to define the Parent account and rollup information to the Main Account. Is this what you need?
Let me know if I can help further?
Best Wishes, Raz
Hi Raz , thank you so much , just wanted to note that our company is going to use AX 2012 , so please let me know what the solution could be
If you use the Connector for Microsoft Dynamics, the standard mapping of Customer Service to Account should map your parent relationships for you. See page 58 of the Connector for Microsoft Dynamics Configuration Guide for Microsoft Dynamics AX
thank you so much ,
but we do not have or using CRM
We are about to use just Dynamics AX 2012
so to confirm with you that AX 2012 alone has the ability functional to adapt the point of main account with multi sub accounts
thank you so much
but unfortunately we are not using CRM 2015 , only using AX 2012
Hi Brad ,
Thank you so much
I downloaded the file
but I have a hint quick question is that working on only dynamic AX 2012 , without having CRM
If you are only using AX you won't need the connector, the connector is for integrating Dynamics ERP solutions with Dynamics CRM. Unfortunately I am not an AX expert so I am unable to answer that question.
