I have configured Email server profile and mail box using Exchange server in CRM 2015. After that I have check with Test & Enable Mail box, I don't get any alert. but email not sending.
Please suggest anyone for correct solution.
From the details you provided, I suppose you must be trying to setup Server side synchronization in CRM 2015. I would suggest you to follow below links

Make sure you have followed each and every steps mentioned in the links.
If you have followed these steps on "Test and Enable" of the Mailboxes for sure an Test email will be sent to the Mailbox if that does not happen you will receive an error message alert in the Alert session of the mailbox.

Thanks for your reply prasanna. I have followed the same steps. On "Test and Enable" of the mail box the mail not sending. even am not getting any alert in alert session.
Do you have the message "Email configuration is scheduled" in your mailbox but appears to be blocked ?

I encoutered this issue once and this method fixed it.
