A few days ago data stopped sending from CRM to FST. We have tried the "Refresh Data", "Reset Jobs", "Hard Reset", Reauthorize the account and Solution Upgrade.
Before the upgrade there wasn't any "Post Player Data" records being sent and post upgrade we now have "Unknown Error" when for Post Player Data records. (Post Response code is 20).
We are CRM Online 2015 SP1 with the latest FST solution.
I will be happy to assist you. First I would like to clarify what version of our solution you are using. When you say you are using the latest version, have you already installed the update published last week?
Last night, 5.9.2016, we used the update button in crm administration area for FST.
So I assume it was the update from last week.
In that case it would be best for us to work together to resolve. If you will provide the name and company name you used to register your FST account I will contact you directly.
Last night I was able to resolve this issue.
Steps taken were the following:
1. Uninstall FST
2. Install FST
3. Authorize the FST solution
4. Setup the Game Metrics for the two games we had running
5. Wait an hour
6. Metrics started to sync again
I'm glad it's working. If you experience this in the future please let us know before you uninstall again so that we can investigate the cause.
